1. The T-Box has a simple one piece design which requires no assembly or adjustments. Simply lay the mat on any surface you will practice from, if you practice from grass use golf tees pressed through the grommets provided on each corner to help hold the mat in place, aim the large arrow at your target, take your stance and begin swinging. When your finished, simply roll up your mat, store it in the tote bag and your done. 2. The T-Box works with almost any golf teaching method since most instructional courses work on proper setup and alignment of club, ball, body, feet and shoulders related to the target. The T-Box addresses all this, and gives you instant feedback after each swing. This helps the player make precise adjustments to setup and correct swing flaws using each club, and make mental or written notes as to width of stance, distance to the ball, distance plus or minus of the ball as related to his or her center line, which can be used in future practice. 3.
